Terms of Service
Please read the following terms carefully before commissioning. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below.1. Personal Use OnlyAll commissions are for personal use only, unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Redistribution, resale, or use of the artwork for commercial purposes without the appropriate license is prohibited.2. NSFW Content PolicyNSFW commissions are provided under a private license by default. This means I, the artist, will not share the artwork publicly or use it in my portfolio unless the commissioner grants permission.3. Social Media UsageI reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media platforms (primarily X and VGen) for promotional purposes. If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me in advance.4. Commercial LicensingA commercial license is available as an add-on, priced at 2× the total commission cost. This license grants the commissioner the right to reproduce, distribute, and sell the commissioned work. If you're unsure whether your intended use qualifies as commercial, feel free to ask.5. Additional CharactersEach additional character added to a commission will be charged at the same rate as a full-body commission.6. Payment Terms- All payments are to be made exclusively through VGen.- Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.- Prices are listed in US Dollars- Commissions are non-refundable once work has started (This meant after the agreed upon sketch) If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact me as soon as possible.7. AI Training ProhibitionBy commissioning me, you agree not to use the commissioned artwork to train artificial intelligence (AI) models or for any other form of machine learning, including but not limited to image generation or neural network systems. I Retains full rights to the artwork and reserves the right to take legal action if these terms are violated.
